Every year, people from all over the world come to the Esteday Clinic . It is our main aim to collaborate with our patients to achieve the anticipated results, to clearly understand their problems , and to determine their expectations. Our aim as Esteday family is to see our patients happy.

Before your visit
We are here to make your trip as easy and comfortable as possible. Once your appointment has been confirmed, our international representative will assist you with any transportation and accommodation needs related to your visit.

You do not have to exchange some of your money into Turkish Liras before you travel. You will find several ATM cash machines and exchange offices in the airport when you arrive.
Best exchange rates will usually be at an ATM cash dispenser. Many hotels will exchange cash, but often include extra fees.
Before you travel to Istanbul, we will provide you a written estimate of the costs.
Upon arrival, you will be asked to check in at our front desk for the payment.
We only accept cash in EURO currency.
Istanbul is located in the north-western part of Turkey and experiences all four seasons.
It is important to check the weather prior to arriving to help you determine what clothing to bring.

You should stop taking any medical supplements at least two 2 weeks prior to your appointment.
(e.g. Minoxidil, Finasteride, Saw Palmetto, etc)
During your visit, you will be treated with respect, understanding and empathy by our medical staff and clinical teams.
During your free time, we encourage you to explore Istanbul.
We receive many patients from all over the world every year that is why our medical staff is highly experienced in communicating with and understanding the needs of our foreign patients, but if you wish, you may request an interpreter. Interpreters have an extra cost and any such request should be communicated to the clinic at least 1 week before the arrival of the patient.
Wear casual clothing and comfortable shoes.
You will be sitting down for long hours at a time. Although you can ask your doctor to take a break anytime you need, you will want to be as comfortable as possible.
You can bring your own cap.
Your friends and family are always welcome to accompany you in to our clinic.
They will be offered tea, coffee and soft drinks during their wait and there is a big TV for their entertainment in our waiting lounge.
Our professional care and attention does not end after your visit to our clinic.
Our international representatives will always be available to answer any questions or doubts you may have during the post-operation period.
Notes:
- Please take special care not to hit your head during the first week.
(This usually occurs when getting in and out of the car.) - Remember to wear your adjustable sports cap when going out. Avoid wool hats.
