Rhinoplasty
Rhinoplasty, commonly known as nasal surgery, is a cosmetic surgical procedure for improving the appearance and function of the nose, which have been distorted through nasal trauma, congenital defect, respiratory impediment, or a failed craniofacial surgery.
Pre-Operative Evalution
A rhinoplasty procedure should be done on a completely developed nose, usually after the age of 18.
Rhinoplasty Surgery
There are two surgical options for rhinoplasty: closed rhinoplasty and open rhinoplasty. The surgeon makes incisions inside the nose and separates the nasal skin and the soft tissues from the nasal framework. Then he accesses the bones and cartilage that support the nose. The surgeon rearranges and reshapes the bone and cartilage to create a more functional, aesthetic nose. At the end of the surgery, your doctor may apply a package or a stent to immobilize the nose. A splint can be placed outside the nose to support the new shape. Rhinoplasty requires local anesthesia with sedation or general anesthesia. The surgery takes about 2 hours.
Post-Operative Care
After the surgery you may expect bruising and swelling around your eyes and nose for several days. You should keep the splint dry. You should keep your head elevated when resting and sleep with 2 pillows at least. The splint and bandage will be removed approximately 1 week after surgery. It is recommended to use pain medicine after the surgery.
Blepharoplasty
Blepharoplasty is the surgical operation for correcting defects, deformities, and disfigurations of the eyelids; and for aesthetically modifying the eye region of the face. With the excision and the removal, or the repositioning (or both) of excess tissues, such as skin and adipocyte fat, and the reinforcement of the corresponding muscle and tendon tissues, the blepharoplasty procedure resolves functional and cosmetic problems of the periorbita, which is the area from the eyebrow to the upper portion of the cheek.

The operative goals of a blepharoplastic procedure are the restoration of the correct functioning to the affected eyelid(s), and the restoration of the aesthetics of the eye-region of the face, which are achieved by eliminating excess skin from the eyelid(s), smoothing the underlying eye muscles, tightening the supporting structures, and resecting and re-draping the excess fat of the retroseptal area of the eye, in order to produce a smooth anatomic transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek.
The eyelid surgery (blepharoplasty) can be performed under local anesthesia and completed within 1-2 hours. The sutures are removed 1 week after the surgery.
Otoplasty
Otoplasty is a cosmetic surgical procedure during which the shape, position or size of prominent ears gets changed. In this surgery, we aim to improve the functional and cosmetic appearance of the ears. Prominent ears lead to a reduced quality of life, reduced self-esteem and weak performance in school. Otoplasty is an effective surgery which improves one’s self image.

Otoplasty can be done at any age after the ears have reached their full size.

There are several otoplasty techniques, usually the plastic surgeon makes incisions on the backs of the ears. Then, the surgeon removes excess cartilage and skin. Finally, your doctor will use stitches to close the incisions. Otoplasty can be done with sedation and local anesthesia or general anesthesia. The surgery takes about 2 hours.
Post-operative Care
After the procedure, bandages will covers your ears to protect them from infections. You can feel minimal discomfort and itching. It is recommended to use simple pain killers. After a few days, the bandages will be removed by your doctor. Your ears will likely be swollen and red. A loose headband should be worn to cover the ears for a month. The stitches will be removed after a week
